Wholesale

Vertifarm offers flexible wholesale terms tailored for chefs, retailers, and food service partners who need predictable quality and hassle-free supply. We’ve refined our terms to keep operations smooth and customers happy.

Minimum Orders

1 Full tray or 500g of harvested microgreens per week, and a minimum of 500 grams of mushrooms per week in the northern suburbs, for restaurants further than a 30 km radius a minimum of a kg per week.

Deliveries

Monday – Friday (08h00 – 18h00) in Northern Suburbs.
Fridays (12h00 – 15h00) for Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
A delivery fee of R50 applies for addresses beyond a 30km radius.

Pricing

Tiered pricing available based on weekly or monthly volumes.
Contract pricing (3 – 6 month terms) offered to regular buyers.
If produce doesn’t meet expectations, a replacement or credit is applied to the next invoice.

Payment terms

COD or EFT on delivery for new clients. 7 – 30 day accounts available for trusted, ongoing buyers.

Quality and support

Any quality issues must be reported immediately with supporting photos.
Products must be stored properly to maintain freshness.
We store all produce in a hygienic, climate-controlled area until delivery or collection.

Seasonality & Substitutions

Most products are available year-round. If a specific item is unavailable, we suggest close substitutes via WhatsApp or email with images and descriptions.

Traceability & Certifications

Each tray and mushroom bag is labeled with seeding and harvest timelines.
Certificates (pesticide-free, food safety, etc.) are available for retail buyers on request.
